[For Christmas this year, Vergil bestows a gift upon Dante that he is surely going to regret sooner rather than later. Vergil gifts his brother a red electric guitar and a modest amp that will hopefully not agitate any of the neighbors too much should Dante choose to plug it in. He does not bother with wrapping the guitar in its case—it seems especially pointless when Dante would likely be able to guess it from its shape—and it is instead adorned with an oversized red ribbon. The amp, however, is neatly wrapped in its case in seasonally appropriate wrapping paper depicting a slice of pizza with a Santa hat. Vergil did not bother with signing his name on the tag on the guitar's ribbon, but the Merry Christmas is unmistakably written in his neat penmanship.]
